That’s an island not a beach. Half-an-hour later it wasn’t even that as the tide rose further. But that’s all right: Harbour Control’s keeping an eye on us. I heard later that all 18 mobile TV cameras in the harbour basin were focussed on us: fortunately without much magnification.
