If you've got a swimming pool, wouldn't you also want a Kiwitub?
This shot is at Peter Gatley's place near Hamilton. Technically 10 was at the time a new record in the Kiwitub, but they're not very big. Apparently it has since been passed by 14!
Thanks to Peter also for pointing out the likely longevity of the Kiwitub burner. He's dived at Dusky Sound where the 'Endeavour' went down in 1795 - not Cook's ship but another of the same name. It's still there under the water. The wood will crumble to the touch, but the copper nails and sheathing are still fine after 213 years in seawater.
So the copper and brass Kiwitub burner will hopefully still be heating water when these guys have grandchildren of their own. Not your usual product.
